Founded in 2015 and incorporated in 2017, Canadian Blueprint emerged from a vision to transform how building permits are approached in British Columbia. But the story begins much earlier—during my school years in Burnaby, where I first discovered a natural aptitude for AutoCAD, architecture, and woodworking that would grow into a lifelong passion.
Our foundation is built on a distinctive blend of formal education and hands-on construction experience. This dual perspective, cultivated from local roots and decades of connection to the Lower Mainland, allows us to see beyond the drafting table—we anticipate construction challenges before they arise and create designs that not only satisfy regulatory requirements but also work efficiently in the field.
