Project location is essential information as many aspects of our feasibility assessment depend on local zoning bylaws and building codes, which vary by municipality. Without a project address, we cannot accurately evaluate your project's requirements and constraints.

Why am I required to provide a phone number in the contact form?

Sometimes emails go to junk/spam folders or don't arrive. If we don't receive a reply to our email, we'll follow up with a phone call to ensure you received our response. This helps us maintain communication and keeps your project moving forward without unnecessary delays.

An email address is necessary because we need to share documentation such as design drafts, permit requirements, and other project files with you. Additionally, email provides both of us with a written record of our communications and project details.

You'll receive an initial response within one business day, typically including some preliminary feedback on your project's feasibility and either a request for more information or suggestions for next steps.

Can you visit my home or business to assess my project?

For Renovation or tenant improvement projects, we first require either the Original Drawings or we'll schedule a professional site visit specifically to create accurate as-built drawings. With these materials in hand, we conduct detailed consultations via phone or virtual meetings where we can discuss your project thoroughly. For New Custom Homes, we conduct all consultations through online meetings and email communication, allowing us to efficiently share drafts, make revisions, and keep your project moving forward without unnecessary delays.
