This protected virtual tour documents the existing conditions of a 1950s bungalow in the Cascade Heights area of Burnaby, BC, referred to us by Cavvy Engineering. The home features 993.35 sq ft on the main floor and a 1,056.93 sq ft basement. Our as-built measuring service captured precise room dimensions, wall locations, window and door openings, ceiling heights, foundation details, and key structural elements to support design planning for a proposed second storey addition and rear expansion. Deliverables include a navigable as-built walkthrough and CAD base drawings to enable architectural design, permit applications, structural engineering coordination, and contractor pricing.
