This protected iGuide virtual tour documents a townhome in South Burnaby where the current owner received a stop work order despite having done no construction themselves — the work had been carried out by the previous owner prior to sale. To resolve the order, the City required a comprehensive set of drawings illustrating all deviations from the original approved drawings to the current as-built state. Our team performed precise iGuide documentation and as-built measuring to establish a verified record of existing conditions as the foundation for the compliance package. In addition to the documentation, we coordinated the full team of required professionals on behalf of the owner, including a Structural Engineer, Envelope Engineer, and Architect, to produce the drawings and reports necessary to satisfy the City's requirements.
