This protected project documents a tenant demising and interior renovation in East Vancouver. Our scope for this engagement focused on as-built measuring and verification — capturing precise room dimensions, wall locations, door and window openings, ceiling heights, and other key structural elements to produce accurate CAD base drawings. Deliverables include CAD base drawings and a navigable as-built walkthrough to support design and contractor pricing; scope for electrical, mechanical, and structural coordination or permit application support.
