This protected iGuide virtual tour documents a residential property in the Fleetwood area of Surrey following the issuance of a stop work order. An interior designer had been engaged to design a comprehensive interior renovation and outdoor entertainment area, and construction was already underway when the order was issued. Our scope involved capturing precise as-built measurements of all completed work — including interior alterations, structural changes, and the partially constructed outdoor area — to provide a clear and accurate record of existing conditions. The iGuide documentation serves as a foundational assessment tool for the property owner, designer, and consultants to systematically evaluate which completed work meets code requirements and what remediation or modification is needed to satisfy the City of Surrey. Deliverables include a navigable virtual walkthrough and measured floor plans to support code compliance review, deficiency resolution, and permit resubmission. Access is restricted to authorized stakeholders.
