We were retained to perform detailed as-built site measuring for this high-profile venue following a stop-work order from the City of Vancouver. Our objective was to provide the client and their architect with an accurate, defensible set of existing conditions to resolve discrepancies regarding unpermitted structural and plumbing work. By establishing a precise CAD baseline, we are helping the ownership team move past regulatory hurdles and bring the space into full compliance with current building codes and licensing standards. This site analysis is a critical step in reconciling previous site modifications with municipal requirements to ensure long-term operational viability.
