A detailed breakdown of common development application fees for building projects in Delta, based on the September 2023 fee schedule.
This is a guide only. Official fees are determined by the City of Delta at the time of application and are subject to change. All application fees are non-refundable.

| A $1,045 surcharge applies for Comprehensive Development Zone. | $2,615 | Plus $55/100 m² of gross floor area over 1,000 m² |
| Rezoning (Multi-Family) | ||
| Multi-Family or Multi-Unit Residential. A $1,045 surcharge applies for CD Zone. | $3,140 | Plus $45/100 m² over 1,000 m² and $21/100 m² over 2,500 m² |
| Rezoning (Single/Duplex) | ||
| For 1-4 lots. A $525 surcharge applies for Comprehensive Development Zone. | $2,615 | Plus $65 for each additional lot over 4 |
| Subdivision (Fee Simple) | ||
| Bare Land Strata has the same fee. | $1,565 | For first parcel, plus $65 per additional parcel |
